Marcus Morton
Marcus Morton is Co-Founder and President of Network Foundation Technologies. Marcus is a business and entertainment entrepreneur with a proven track record as an active force in music, film, and multi-media.
In the mid 1990's, Marcus served as one of the youngest Vice Presidents of EMI Records, where he headed the Rap Music Department and was the ranking officer on the West Coast. For the past seven years, while maintaining close ties to the recording industry, Marcus has been immersed in multi-media and the film industry, producing a number of successful movies such as Three Strikes, Molly, and the number one film You Got Served.
Marcus also served two full terms on the California State Film Commission. Initially, having been appointed to the Commission by Governor Davis, Mr. Morton served out his second term under Governor Schwarzenegger.
In 1999, Marcus founded OneNetNow.com, which was successfully sold to EarthLink, after the dot-com crash, in 2001. OneNetNow was a community-based web site which focused on the urban market and was co-founded with Dr. Mike O'Neal.
Mr. Morton holds both a BS in Management and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. In April 2004, he was awarded the key to his hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana by Mayor Keith Hightower in recognition of his work in the entertainment industry.

Dr. Mike O'Neal
Mike O'Neal is the Founder and Chief Scientist of Network Foundation Technologies, where he developed the core algorithms that underlie the NFT system. Mike has built and managed the software development team responsible for bringing NiFTy TV from its initial design, through product release, and onto continuing refinement.
In addition to his industry career, Mike has two decades of experience in the field of higher education. He is an associate professor and former Chair of the Computer Science Program at Louisiana Tech University where he holds the Larson Endowed Professorship.
From 1999 to 2001, Mike served as a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of OneNetNow.com. Beginning in 2001 Mike spent a year with EarthLink overseeing the integration of OneNetNow technology into EarthLink's systems and assisting in the development of EarthLink's revised web portal. Mike has also consulted for Ron Burkle's Yucaipa Companies, evaluating the technological merits of potential investments for Mr. Burkle.
Dr. O'Neal holds both the BS and MS in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University, and the Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
